Jubilee Ministries is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Thrift Store Associate to join our new Shillington, PA thrift store team. The position offers a tentative start date of November 2, 2026 and a schedule Monday through Saturday with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation is $15.80 per hour, with benefits varying for full- and part-time staff. This Christian nonprofit requires employees to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to contribute to our mission of

Responsibilities

Assist in the receiving of donations.
Assist in the loading of sold items into customer vehicles.
Assist in sorting of donated product.
Assist in other dock operations as time allows and as directed by Manager or supervisor.
Keep area around dock clean of trash and organized.
Assist in keeping dock areas safe and accessible during wintertime.
Participate in staff meetings and team activities.
Other duties as assigned.
