Job summary

Jubilee Ministries is seeking a Store Associate for the Rebuilt Store in Annville, PA. You will provide excellent customer service, operate the register, and assist in handling donations while upholding the ministry’s values.

Schedule includes Monday through Saturday with morning and evening shifts; lifting is required and some construction knowledge is helpful. The role supports the ministry’s mission and involves team participation and devotions.

Qualifications

Customer-focused approach with ability to resolve issues quickly.
Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Reliable, dependable and willing to assist where needed.
Willingness to work mornings and evenings, daily Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
Be part of staff meetings and team building.

Please note in this position you will be part of the Rebuilt Store where there will be lifting required and also you should have some knowledge of construction.
