Jubilee Ministries in Shillington, PA is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Thrift Store In-Charge Associate to join our store team. This position starts tentatively on November 2, 2026; schedule Monday through Saturday; hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm; compensation $15.00/hour.

• Customer service experience in a retail or donations setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for store visitors and dock clients.
• Operate the cash register as scheduled.
• Assist management with customer concerns and returns.
• Open and close the store and dock as instructed.

• Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team building.

What You’ll Do
