Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in Shillington, PA is seeking a dependable Thrift Store Associate to join our new store team. The role supports receiving donations, sorting items, and helping customers, with a friendly, faith-centered environment.

Starting around November 2, 2026, the schedule runs Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with compensation at $15.80 per hour. This is a mission-driven position where every task helps fund Life Change through the Gospel.

Responsibilities

Assist in the receiving of donations.
Assist in the loading of sold items into customer vehicles.
Assist in sorting of donated product.
Assist in other dock operations as time allows and as directed by Manager or supervisor.
Keep area around dock clean of trash and organized.
Assist in keeping dock areas safe and accessible during wintertime.
Participate in staff meetings and team activities.
Other duties as assigned.
