Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is required.
Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service and adhere to organizational protocols.
Ability to maintain team-oriented relationships with managers, physicians, and other clinical staff.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and suggest strategies to address and/or improve those issues.
Highly organized and meticulous about details.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities
