You will support physicians, clinical staff, and patients by managing schedules, obtaining authorizations, and delivering patient education to ensure smooth care delivery.

As part of Hematology & Oncology scheduling, you will handle labs, infusions, and referrals, contributing to efficient patient experiences in a community‑focused hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Ability to maintain high customer service standards and follow organizational protocols.
• Strong teamwork skills with managers, physicians, and clinical staff.
