Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Shift Leader for Store 622 on the third shift. You will report to the Store Manager and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience while supervising on-duty team members.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, cash handling, POS and gas console operation, stock rotation, and adherence to company policies. Eligibility for third-shift differential is available; lifting up to 10 pounds and working in cold/freezer areas may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Schedule: Full Time (37-40 hours per week); may work third shift.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate temperatures as low as -30°F and as high as 33°F.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting Guests warmly and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and assist with scooping ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, and beverages.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and register accuracy.
• Stock shelves and freezers, rotate stock, and maintain clean, organized displays.
• Maintain store safety, order, and cleanliness; complete time records and reports as assigned.
