United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise daily operations during assigned shifts. This full-time role requires reliable leadership and a commitment to service excellence.

You will lead guest service, handle POS and gas, and ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with all policies while supporting the team and maintaining a welcoming store environment for Guests to enjoy a quick, friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate POS and gas consoles.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to each guest.
• Prepare shakes, scoops, sundaes, and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves and keep display areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain store safety and adherence to policies.
• Record timekeeping and comply with reporting requirements.
• Assist management and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
