Qualifications

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock rotation.
• Follow safety, security, and theft-deterrence procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, scoops, and other dip-side items.
• Accurately process transactions and handle payments.
• Keep shelves and equipment clean and well stocked.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and reports as needed.
