Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate for Store 632 on the 3rd shift in Columbus, OH. The role supports the Hi Five Guest Experience, handles DipSide items, and manages POS/gas transactions while ensuring accurate cash handling and friendly customer service.

The position is part-time (25 hours or less per week) and may require 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to operate store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part Time schedule 25 hours or less per week.
• Work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift may be required.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand English with customers.
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, ice cream, yogurt and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console and process payments accurately.
• Stock shelves, freezers and display cases and rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe working conditions.
