Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee shift operations on the 3rd shift. The role requires handling guest transactions, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, compliant store operations.

You will manage guest service, perform DipSide prep, stock and maintain equipment, and follow company policies while working 37–40 hours weekly. Alcohol/tobacco sales must comply with state law.

Qualifications

• Shift Leader must be able to legally conduct all sales including alcohol and tobacco.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to follow company policies.
• Ability to communicate in English and read basic documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages for service.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves and ensure product freshness and visibility.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Record time and report as required by management.
• Assist management with other duties as assigned.
