Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier/third-party management, vendor management, project management, or risk management.
• 5-8 years in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Proactive, analytical mindset; handle ad-hoc requests and drive resolutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing role.

Responsibilities

• Define business needs and success criteria with internal teams.
• Perform IRQ risk assessment in Aravo to determine risk profile.
• Engage Sourcing to conduct events and select third-party.
• Coordinate due diligence with control assessment groups.
• Oversee contracting with Sourcing and Legal; ensure payments setup.
• Monitor third-party performance against SLAs and metrics.
• Conduct OGM control assessments and address gaps.
• Manage relationship and escalations with vendor.
• Identify process improvements and cost reductions.
• Stay compliant with regulations and manage renewals/amendments.
• Oversee termination planning and offboarding when needed.
