Job summary

Citi seeks a Business Activity Owner for a new Center of Excellence in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on standardized third-party relationship management across onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding, ensuring risk controls, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supplier/third-party management, vendor management, project management, or risk management.
• 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define Business Needs: collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and success criteria.
• Risk Assessment: complete IRQ in Aravo to determine risk profile.
• Engage Sourcing: partner with Sourcing to conduct events and select third-party.
• Coordinate Due Diligence: coordinate with control assessment groups for Preliminary and Further Due Diligence.
• Contracting: oversee contracting and ensure payment systems are set up.
• Performance Management: monitor third-party performance against SLAs and metrics.
• Risk & Control Assessments: perform OGM, review OneTPM scorecards, address gaps.
• Relationship Management: be primary contact and manage escalations.
• Process Improvement: identify trends, drive supplier optimization and efficiency.
• Compliance: stay current on regulations and manage renewals and risk assessments.
