Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier/third-party management, vendor management, project management, or risk management.
• 6-10 years in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with ability to handle ad-hoc requests and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the third-party relationship across the lifecycle.
• Define business needs and success criteria for engaging third-parties.
• Perform risk assessments and IRQs in Aravo to determine risk profiles.
• Coordinate due diligence with Information Security, Continuity of Business, and other control groups.
• Oversee contracting and ensure approvals, legal review, and payment setups.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and key metrics; address gaps.
• Maintain ongoing risk assessments and remediation plans; manage escalations.
• Drive process improvements, supplier optimization, and cost efficiencies.
• Stay current on regulations and ensure compliance across the TPM framework.
