Citigroup is establishing a Center of Excellence for Business Activity Owner (BAO) to standardize third-party relationship management. The role spans onboarding, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and offboarding, collaborating with global teams across Security, Risk, Legal, and Technology.

The BAO CoE emphasizes process improvement, risk awareness, and performance management to ensure compliant and efficient third-party engagements in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier/third-party management or similar role.
• 6-10 years in business or systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Excellent PM, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define business needs and success criteria for engaging a third-party.
• Perform inherent risk questionnaire (IRQ) in Aravo to determine risk profile.
• Collaborate with Sourcing to conduct events and select third-party.
• Coordinate due diligence with control groups to perform evaluations.
• Oversee contracting with Sourcing and Legal; ensure payment setup.
• Monitor third-party performance against SLAs and KPIs; report findings.
• Manage termination and offboarding when required.
• Identify trends and drive supplier optimization and efficiency.
