Job summary

Amcor LLC in Fremont, OH is hiring for a Thermoforming Assistant. You will assist machine operators, load materials, inspect products, and support changeovers while maintaining safe, organized work areas.

This role offers 12-hour shifts (days or nights) with a night premium and opportunities to learn equipment and processes for high-quality packaging. Ideal candidates show mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with equipment setup, operation, and monitoring.

• Support machine changeovers, roll splices, and minor adjustments.
• Complete production documentation and report issues.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized; follow safety procedures.
