Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kansas to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

You will work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, participate in training, and have opportunities for long-term career growth. The role features a 7:00pm–7:00am schedule with a shift differential and 2-2-3 rotation.

• Demonstrates strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Willing to participate in ongoing training or apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating reliably.
• Locates and obtains parts needed for repairs and daily tasks.
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Responds quickly to equipment issues to prevent downtime or safety risks.

Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you take the lead in keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll work hands‑on with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and preventing downtime.
