Job summary

Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for Thermal Solutions to join our Customer Service/Sales Support team in New Albany, IN, or Norfolk, NE. You will bridge Inside Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Inventory Planning to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience for B2B customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B experience and a customer-first mindset, with responsibilities including handling inquiries, processing orders in SAP, coordinating with Supply

Qualifications

2+ years in B2B customer service or sales support.
Experience with ERP, order management, or CRM systems (SAP preferred).
Experience processing customer orders, pricing, shipping/delivery information.
Understand production planning and delivery lead times.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone; manage assigned accounts.
Enter orders accurately into SAP; monitor pricing and order data.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations on exceptions.
Prepare basic price quotes and support inside sales follow-up.
