Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Account Manager II, Thermal, to expand relationships with Mechanical Contractors, Consultants, and End Users for thermal product opportunities within the territory. You will collaborate with AC Power, Channel, and Service Sales reps, visit sites, and present solutions that meet customer needs while driving sales and achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/thermal infrastructure within data centers.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales plans and pursuit strategies for existing and new accounts.
• Builds trusted advisor relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Negotiates opportunities and coordinates cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Manages order flow to meet customer requirements and maximize profitability.
• Targets increasing sales and expands the opportunity pipeline; mentors junior staff.
