Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader in Minnesota to lead a clinical team while continuing hands-on patient care. This role balances clinical excellence with supervision of therapists and assistants, aiming for meaningful patient outcomes.

The candidate will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, supervise staff, and coordinate team tasks to achieve business goals. Leadership experience and credentialed licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP mandated.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific clinical experience.
• Leadership experience preferred or on Therapy Clinical Ladder/specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy plans.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, training, and schedules to meet business goals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
