Job summary

Encompass Health in the United States is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy treatments, and supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.

You will oversee staff development, performance management, and coordinate team tasks, training, and schedules to achieve business goals while driving continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
