Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader in Minnesota to balance clinical excellence with team leadership, continuing hands-on patient care while guiding therapists, assistants, and technicians. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and drive quality improvement across the team in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The role requires a current PT/OT/SLP license, BLS, and at least three years of discipline-specific experience,

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
