You will supervise therapy staff, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans. The position emphasizes team development, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP is required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
