Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls seeks a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician to lead while continuing hands-on patient care. You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, develop therapy plans, and drive quality improvements while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
