Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will assess patients, develop therapy plans, supervise therapists and assistants, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state PT/OT/SLP license required.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.
• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
