Job summary

Houston Physicians’ Hospital in Texas is hiring a Therapy Service Administration Manager to lead front office and insurance verification across multiple outpatient therapy clinics.

Reporting to the Director of Therapy Services, the role combines hands-on staff leadership with business analytics to drive compliant, patient-centered administrative operations and deliver key metrics and financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a medical or physical therapy office setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role, across multiple sites.
• Minimum of three years of insurance verification and authorization experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in using EMR, clinic management software, Excel, SQL, BI tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Frequent local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of front office reception teams across outpatient therapy clinics.
• Manage insurance verification and authorization team.
• Generate insightful metric and financial reports to drive outpatient therapy services.
• Train and lead staff across clinical front-office and back-office administrative functions.
• Ensure clinics provide compliant, data-informed administrative operations.
