Job summary

Houston Physicians’ Hospital is seeking an Assistant Director of Therapy Services (PT, OT, SLP) to support the Director and oversee rehabilitation programs across multiple locations. The role emphasizes leadership of staff, coordination of daily operations, and ensuring quality patient care in a busy clinical environment.

The candidate must hold Texas licensure in PT/OT/SLP, with at least 3 years clinical experience and 1–2 years supervisory/management experience, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Current license to practice Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical practice experience and 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience supporting or coordinating multi-site therapy operations.
• Familiarity with hospital or outpatient therapy billing, collections, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of rehabilitation programs across Memorial Hermann Houston Physicians' Hospital and affiliated clinics.
• Provide supervision to clinic managers and therapy staff; support the Director of Therapy Services.
• Help execute departmental strategy and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of patient care.
