Houston Physicians’ Hospital, part of United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI), seeks an Assistant Director of Therapy Services to support the Director and lead rehabilitation programs across Memorial Hermann Houston Physicians' Hospital and affiliated clinics.

The role oversees day-to-day clinical operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution while providing leadership to clinic managers and therapy staff, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice with 1–2 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-site therapy operations preferred.
• Familiar with hospital/outpatient therapy billing and compliance.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Therapy Services in leadership and daily operations.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of patient care.
