Qualifications

• 8 years of health care experience required.
• 2 years of leadership/management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Licensure in Texas for PT, OT, or SLP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and coordinate daily inpatient and outpatient therapy operations.
• Provide clinical direction to therapists, technicians and students.
• Schedule staffing, budgeting, and operational oversight for the Therapy Department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards (JC, CARF, OSHA, ADA).
• Execute audits and collaborate with other departments to resolve operations issues.
• Hire, develop, and coach staff; handle complaints from staff, patients, and physicians.
• Organize orientation for new employees and interns.
• Foster professional development and provide timely feedback on performance.
• Adhere to respiratory fit testing requirements and safety standards.
