Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial and accounting reports.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medical, HMO/PPO, Commercial and W/C insurance verifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and influence department activities and delivery of admitting and registration services while maintaining continuous quality improvement for the clinics.
• Interact with staff, patients, patients’ family, and health team members, while maintaining standards of professional service.
• Manage daily operations, referrals, monthly reports and dashboards.
• Analyze and reconcile financial and vendor reports for the clinics.
• Accountable to the Director of Business Development for day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, timekeeping, evaluations, training, interviewing and selection.
