Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a Manager to drive project management, operational planning, and cross-functional execution within our global Digital Enterprise efforts. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring launch readiness and scalable service delivery across markets.

You will partner with Product Management, Commercial, Operations, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Technology teams to standardize processes, manage governance, and monitor

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product operations, digital health, service operations, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a global environment.
• Experience launching and scaling products, services, or customer success programs.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, governance, and organizational design.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

• Manage cross-functional programs that support Success Services innovation, pilot execution, launch preparation, and scale-up.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, issue logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across global and regional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of program milestones.
• Support governance processes, leadership reviews, and decision-making forums through preparation of program updates and recommendations.
• Track progress against objectives and elevate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints as needed.
• Monitor launch performance and gather feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
