Vantive is seeking a Sr. Manager Digital Enterprise Product Owner to translate product and clinical intent into executable backlog items for R&D Engineering.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality to ensure digital capabilities are well-defined, testable, and compliant with regulatory standards. As part of the Digital Product Ownership team, you will own one or more product areas, drive backlog excellence, sprint readiness, and PI execution while supporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital product development experience in regulated software or digital health.
• Hands-on Agile and PI-based delivery experience.
• Ability to translate complex product/clinical/technical requirements into backlog items.
• Excellent collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Architecture.

Responsabilités

• Own and refine a prioritized backlog aligned to strategy and PI objectives.
• Decompose epics into executable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering for sprint and PI readiness.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Lead PI and sprint planning with clear intent and inputs.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Regulatory to ensure design alignment.
• Ensure traceability, documentation, and verification readiness with Quality.
