Viatris is a global healthcare company seeking a Senior Manager, Global Strategic Orchestration – Commercial IT. You will lead enterprise-wide technology governance, align roadmaps across CRM, CMS and marketing tech, and drive measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with Commercial IT and leadership to balance innovation with governance, manage dependencies, and report on portfolio health and value realization across a multi-year enterprise roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Commercial IT, enterprise technology, or digital transformation leadership.
• Experience guiding enterprise-scale transformations with multiple business and tech groups.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and govern portfolios without direct delivery ownership.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across CRM, CMS, Marketing Tech and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Executive Partnership & Commercial Strategy: partner with IT leadership and商业团队 to translate priorities into integrated tech roadmaps.
