Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Growth based in Deerfield, Illinois, to lead high-impact commercial and operational initiatives across the United States and Canada. You will manage projects from opportunity identification to implementation, value realization, and transition to business ownership.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, governing reviews, managing risks, and delivering measurable improvements in revenue, customer experience, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (traditional, agile, hybrid).
• Experience presenting updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and operational projects from charter through launch and benefits realization.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate governance activities including reviews and executive updates.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Translate opportunities into charters and business cases with leaders.
• Deliver initiatives improving revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Strategy.
• Establish KPIs, reporting processes, and post-implementation reviews.
