Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Program Director to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across the facility's therapeutic programs. You will oversee administrative and clinical operations, lead staff, and ensure quality patient care within approved program plans and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to implement policies that align with clinical standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health is required.
• Master's degree required where state licensure requires it.
• At least four years' experience working with the facility's population.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Contribute to planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits; manage staff involved in service delivery.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient program operations; improve care delivery and workflow; oversee scheduling, registration, discharge and billing.
