Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development and quality improvement across campus locations, home health and outpatient care. The role ensures regulatory compliance and effective productivity in a flexible interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include supervising therapists, developing therapies, analyzing data, managing resources, and coordinating training while meeting licensure and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy, or Physical/Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligning with the facility's mission, goals and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support and performance evaluations.
