Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health as required by state licensure.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the patient population.
• One or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide quality patient care.
• Plan and implement program goals, resources and equipment with timetables and measures.
• Oversee the program budget and staffing to meet service goals.
• Develop procedures to ensure efficient operations and manage scheduling, registration, discharge and billing.
• Manage staff recruitment, development, training and performance.
• Handle an assigned caseload as needed.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Develop treatment plans and audit charts and records.
• Liaise with other staff on clinical issues, regulations and standards.
• Assist in policies and procedures aligned with standards of care.
• Provide outreach services as needed.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
