Job summary

Wilmington Treatment Center seeks an experienced program administrator to plan, direct and coordinate the facility's therapeutic programs. You will lead clinical operations, budgeting and staff oversight to ensure quality care and compliant service delivery.

With a minimum Bachelor's in behavioral health, licensure as required, and 4+ years of experience including supervisory responsibilities, you will drive program goals and collaborate across clinical teams within Acadia's Wilmington facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations of the program; continually identify opportunities to improve program's efficiency.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication.
