Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity in a flexible interdisciplinary environment across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care.

You will oversee therapy programs, supervise therapists, and monitor outcomes to ensure regulatory compliance and high patient care standards while fostering professional development and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Education: PT/OT or related degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year delivering skilled rehab services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligned with facility goals and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

Education

Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
