Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care. The role requires directing interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and adherence to licensure standards.

Responsibilities include supervising therapists, managing resources, and coordinating training while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in respective discipline is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligned with the facility’s mission and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists with guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee allocation and management of resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget.
• Organize ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Education

Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
