Encompass Health is seeking a Director of Therapy Operations to lead organization-wide therapy services, development, and supervision, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory adherence. Qualifications

• Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program is required.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in professional or management area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures, holding staff accountable for their roles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community about awareness, prevention, and treatment options; develop clinical affiliations with educational institutions.
• Forecast operational revenues and expenses using historical data and trends; recommend salary adjustments based on market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements for program reimbursement, business standards, and documentation; update staff and inform the CEO as needed.
• Provide patient care.
• Celebrate accomplishments and victories of staff and patients along the way.

Education
