Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk interactions in the Therapy department.
• Verify benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of service.
• Schedule therapy visits and manage documentation for discharge and charts.
• Prepare therapy charts and assist with chart maintenance and records.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, PCPs, and case managers as needed.
• Attend team and clinic meetings and ensure completion of daily tasks.
