Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Excellent Customer Service at all times.
• Obtain therapy benefits two days in advance before appointments.
• Obtain authorization for Therapy visits two days in advance.
• Monitor patient visit count and obtain reauthorization as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and case managers when authorization is needed.
• Create/prepare new patient therapy charts and keep charts neat.
