Job summary

OCC - Advanced Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists is seeking a friendly and meticulous Therapy Front Desk to support clinical operations in Denver. The role requires registering patients, validating appointments with Phreesia, and handling insurance and demographic information while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities include processing eligibility checks, fixing chart discrepancies, answering calls, and ensuring smooth patient flow through

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures.
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Skills in operating business office machines.
• Skills in answering the telephone in a professional manner.
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, employees and the public.

• Recognize, greet, and register patients in a polite, prompt and helpful manner
