Job summary

Orthopedic-Centers-of-Colorad is seeking a Therapy Front Desk professional to ensure HIPAA/OSHA/compliance standards are met while supporting daily clinic operations. You will perform eligibility checks, pre-registration, patient greeting and registration, and handle calls with a courteous, efficient approach.

The role involves accurate data entry, chart correction, and coordinating with providers through ProviderFlow. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures.
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Skills in operating business office machines.
• Skills in answering the telephone in a professional manner.
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instruction.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, employees and the public.

Responsibilities

• Fixing charts/mistakes
• Phreesia appointment validations; cancellation/reschedules

• Recognize, greet, and register patients in a polite, prompt and helpful manner
