Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Representative to drive adoption of vascular therapies across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. This remote role requires residence within the territory and travel to multiple accounts.

A valid driver’s license is essential. You will train medical staff on new products, identify opportunities, and execute sales strategies to expand market share while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• 8+ years of experience selling medical devices/therapies in hospital/OR, with a proven track record in new product launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and account development goals across assigned territory.
• Train, educate, and become the therapy expert sharing market trends and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, administrators, and key decision makers to drive adoption.
