Mainstay Medical is seeking a Therapy Manager to drive ReActiv8 therapy adoption in the Detroit area. You will develop a territory plan, build relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, and lead cross-functional efforts to expand market presence.

The role involves in-clinic support, educational programs, and collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and Reimbursement teams to achieve sales growth and healthy forecasts. Competitive base pay with variable compensation is offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in complex environments.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades
