Job summary

Mainstay Medical is seeking a Therapy Specialist to cover the Rhode Island territory, leveraging clinical care experience to drive adoption of ReActiv8®. You will educate physicians, support procedures, and help expand access to this innovative treatment for chronic low back pain.

The role is field-based with extensive travel (60–80%), collaborating with therapists, physicians, and hospital teams to deliver education, support implant workflows, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in developing and nurturing customer relationships and account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for Mainstay products through strategic, evidence-based presentations to clinical decision makers and physicians.
• Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the territory and recruit them for local training programs.
• Develop customized educational content addressing stakeholder priorities and needs.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and case support to customers through training and workshops.
• Support commercial efforts by collaborating with Therapy Managers, Area Business Managers, and Sales Leaders to identify high-potential accounts.
• Transition to primary account maintenance and growth once implant volumes reach thresholds.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with field-based partners and communicate clinical insights to product development and marketing teams.
• Deliver on-call clinical support during procedures, MRI requirements, and follow-up.
