Mainstay Medical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Therapy Manager (Sales Rep) to drive adoption of ReActiv8 therapy across the Phoenix/Tucson area. This in-market role focuses on building a sustainable business by identifying key customers, creating a strong pipeline, and executing an effective long-term sales plan.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in complex sales, a proven ability to nurture relationships with physicians and accounts, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in complex environments.
• Proven track record in developing customer relationships and strategic accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
