Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator to support a US-based ABA therapy organization. The role focuses on coordinating therapist placements, matching clinicians with clients, managing staffing schedules and relationships with therapists, families and internal teams.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. TA or recruitment experience is beneficial but not required, and candidates who speak Spanish are preferred to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
• Experience in staffing coordination or recruitment preferred.
• Healthcare, ABA or behavioural health experience advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Match therapists with clients based on availability and needs.
• Coordinate placements, schedules and staffing assignments.
• Monitor open cases and address staffing requirements.
• Maintain relationships with therapists, families and internal teams.
• Manage staffing-related communications and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support onboarding of new clinicians.
• Track staffing activity and relevant metrics.
• Identify and resolve scheduling challenges proactively.
